How do I know if my order went through?

If you didn’t get a confirmation on the screen and an email, it wasn’t completed.

Things to check:

1.  The default is free shipping, so if you don’t want to pay the UPS $15 + charge, don’t click on anything on shipping page.

2.  Did you put your address on the BILLING page?  Your credit card needs to match your address to get approved.

3.  The rectangle box that pops up after you enter your credit card says,  Do not refresh or click back   . . . YOU MUST SAY “OK” or “CLOSE”
